Flexibility training keeps our muscles lengthened, strong and healthy. Stretching improves circulation and our range of motion. Stretching also reduces the opportunity for injuries. Flexibility training should be a regular, consistent activity in order to protect our mobility and independence.

Hey there, my name is James “Jimmy” Patton. My wife, Cheryl, and I really enjoy living the "Lake Life" at the Lake of the Ozarks. We have 4 adult children, 1 granddaughter and a grandson on the way. Cheryl and I love physical fitness of all kinds, including hiking, biking, water sports, pickleball and working out at the gym. My hobbies are fast cars, fast boats and jet skis.
I am a retired Police Detective from the St. Louis, Mo. area. Cheryl and I also owned and operated a successful business for many years.
Being service minded I am looking forward to becoming part of my community and providing this essential service to everyone at the Lake of the Ozarks.
